Leo Albano, PT is a 1995 graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina's Physical Therapy program. He has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting for over 30 years. Before opening Olympic Physical Therapy in 2005 with Kent Holden, PT, he was the team leader of the MUSC Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy department. He has been married to his wife and fellow physical therapist, Wendy Albano, PT for over 21 years and they have 4 wonderful children, Leo Jr, Emma, Olivia, and Ava.

Kent Holden, PT, MHA, CSCS is a 1993 graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Physical Therapy program. He is a physical therapist with over 30 years of outpatient experience. After graduation from PT school, Kent moved back to Maryland and worked for several years in Annapolis and Baltimore. It was there that he worked with numerous professional athletes in baseball, ice hockey and indoor lacrosse. In 1998 he returned to Charleston and began working in the MUSC PT department, and also entered the MUSC Master of Health Administration program, which he completed in 2002. Additionally, he earned the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) designation from The National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2000. It is here in Mt. Pleasant that Kent and his wife Georgia have lived since 1998 and have raised their three children.

Patrick Blair, PT, CHT earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in 1988 and his Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University in Chicago in 1990. He obtained his certificate in Hand Therapy in 1997. He has over 27 years of outpatient orthopedic experience working in the south suburbs of Chicago. Patrick and his wife Tracy, along with their three dogs moved to the Lowcountry from Chicago in late 2016 and live in Mount Pleasant. His area of clinical interest are all things orthopedic, hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. He joined the Olympic Physical Therapy team in May of 2017 and looks forward to serving the community.

Janie Crossland, PT earned her Physical Therapy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1986 after attending Clemson University. Since then she has worked in a variety of settings here in the Charleston area including hospital, private practice, home health, and The Palms independent and assisted living facility. Her primary focus is Geriatrics, but she enjoys all patient populations. She is married with three children, and they all enjoy Clemson football games together.

Lynn Snyder DeStefano, PT earned her Physical Therapy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1989 after completing her undergraduate work at the College of Charleston. She has been with Olympic Physical Therapy since 2011. Previously, she was an owner of a private practice for ten years, worked in Hospice, and also worked at Bishop Gadsden Retirement Community for ten years. Her clinical areas of interest include Geriatrics, vertigo, musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, and general orthopedics. She is married with two children and enjoys paddle boarding and surfing.

Kimberly Ethridge, PT MHS earned her B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1996, followed by her Masters of Health Science in Physical Therapy in 2000, both from the Medical University of South Carolina. Previously, she graduated from Clemson University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in communications. It was also during her time at Clemson that she was a member of the Rally Cat dance squad. She has worked in various PT settings in the Charleston area including outpatient orthopedics, acute rehabilitation, and assisted living. Kimberly has been a member of the Olympic PT team since 2011 and has focused on helping clients in the areas of orthopedics, musculoskeletal disorders, spine health, balance, and posture training. She is married with two children, and enjoys trail walking, leisure biking, yoga, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers with all her family!

Denise O'Hagan, MSPT, ATC, CCRT graduated from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology as well as Human Movement and Sport Science. She received her Athletic Training Certification in 1999 and went on to get her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Sacred Heart University in 2001. Denise spent over 20 years in San Diego, CA working in and later directing outpatient, orthopedic clinics. Denise moved to Mount Pleasant with her fiance in 2022 to be closer to her family. She joined the Olympic Physical Therapy team in September 2023. In her free time, Denise enjoys running, working out, traveling, and helping injured and aging dogs.

Nathan Sanchy, PT, DPT graduated from South College and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023. He is currently pursuing his certification in dry needling and has special interests in sports and orthopedics. He was previously working at Olympic PT as a PTA after having graduated from Trident Technical College in 2020. He earned his BA in Biology from Western Connecticut University and then moved to Charleston from a small town in Connecticut with his wife in 2018 to be closer to family. He is an avid sports fan and spends his free time staying active, lifting weights, and watching the Cleveland Browns win.
