Lindsey Morgan graduated from MUSC with her doctorate in physical therapy in May 2011, after studying exercise science at College of Charleston. Lindsey joined the Olympic Physical Therapy team in June 2013. Her interests lie in outpatient orthopaedics with an emphasis on sports injuries and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Previously a competitive gymnast, Lindsey now stays active with both teaching and practicing aerial silks and acrobatics. Lindsey, a Charleston native, resides in Mount Pleasant with her husband, Robert, and their black lab pup, Marty.

Isabella Dolega-Kowalewski (Isa) graduated with her Physical Therapy degree from MUSC in 1997.  She has worked with Olympic Physical Therapy for over 7 years.  She came to us from Howard Head Sports Medicine in Colorado where she worked with professional skiers, tennis players, football players, hockey players, Cirque de Soleil performers, and gymnasts.  Her areas of interests are sports medicine and hip and knee injuries.  In her undergraduate days, she played college tennis at Illinois State University and currently enjoys skiing, yoga, and tennis.  She is married to Curt Grob and they have 1 spoiled dog!

Kimberly Ethridge joined the Olympic Physical Therapy team in July 2011.  She completed her masters of health science in physical therapy in 2000 after her B.S. in physical therapy in 1996 from MUSC where she graduated with honors.  She also earned a B.A. in psychology with a minor in communication from Clemson University.  Kimberly was a member of the Clemson Rally Cats dance team.  Her physical therapy experiences include outpatient orthopaedics, neurological rehabilitation, and geriatrics.  Her clinical interests include orthopaedics, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, spine health, and balance training.  she is also a Certified Wellness Coach.  Kimberly resides on Daniel Island with her husband, Patrick, and two children.

Sharon Bundo received her Associates in Applied Science in Physical Therapy and has been practicing as a Physical Therapist Assistant for over 21 years with specific orthopaedic experience. She has been with Olympic Physical Therapy for over 4 years.  She was a former Massage Therapist for 7 years and is also a Job Site Certified Ergonomist.  Her clinic interests include orthopaedic shoulder rehabiliation, post-mastectomy rehabilitation, and joint replacements.  She also is active with our Wellness program.  She is married with 2 children and enjoys swimming, Mission Relief Work, singing, and playing the piano. 

Judy Fischer is a Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Pilates and Yoga Instructor.  Judy came to Olympic Physical Therapy over 4 years ago from East Shore Athletic Club.  She assists our physical therapy staff in developing individualized wellness programs for our patients.  She has been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years.  Judy is married to her husband David and they live in Wando.

Lynn Snyder DeStefano earned her Physical Therapy degree from MUSC in 1989 after completing her undergraduate work at the College of Charleston.  She has been with Olympic Physical Therapy for over 2 years.  Previously, she was an owner of a private practice for 10 years, worked in Hospice, and also worked at Bishop Gadsden Retirement Community for 10 years.  Her clinical areas of interest include geriatrics, vertigo, musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, and general orthopaedics.  She is married with two children and enjoys paddleboarding and surfing.

Danielle Licari graduated with her Masters in PT from MCP-Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA in 2000.  She joined the Olympic Physical Therapy team in July 2015 and brings experience with vestibular rehab, geriatrics, outpatient orthopedics and balance issues.  During her undergraduate studies at Penn State University, she was a member of the Track and Field team.  She is married with one son and resides in Mount Pleasant.

Ruth Hurley earned her physical therapy degree with honors from Temple University. Her physical therapy experience includes different aspects
of adult rehabilitation, including neurological, general orthopedic and musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation. She also worked with special needs children as a school physical therapist. She was able to incorporate both Hippotherapy and Aquatic therapy into her patient
rehabilitation programs. More recently, she has focused her therapy work in Geriatrics with a focus on helping her patients transition
into a wellness-based exercise program after therapy. Ruth is married with four children and lives in Mount Pleasant.

I have  been working in Fitness as a Certified Personal Trainer since 2008. Specializing in Functional Training, Corrective Exercise,  and Weight Management Specialist. My favorite activities are making baked goodies with my kids, and hiking with my family. My favorite healthy food is anything green and leafy. My  favorite cheat food is cake. If we workout together plan on dong a number of Squats, they are my favorite exercise. My motto is  'Recommit Everyday’, somedays are good and others no so much but every new day is the chance to work harder and smarter than before.
